We had Lees do our entire den with new carpet. We could not be happier with our experience! They took so much time helping us find the perfect carpet and padding for our needs. I made multiple visits and they were patient with me every time. I wouldn’t say this was a good experience, I was told the work would take 3 days, today ends week 3, which went over Easter and ruined my family plans, the workers left cigarette butts all over my yard, one said he wanted to shoot my dog because it barked at him then put blankets over his crate every time I left, they played loud and vulgar music at volumes that made the neighbors complain they was rude to myself and family, I spent every minute I was home when they was here outside, I felt like a outsider In my own home, from their talking I know more about a woman named Tina than I every wanted to then just to end it one worker called my mother a b***t packed up and left the job unfinished, lees got a 2nd man to come and finish the job who was wonderful, very friendly, I wish I’d got Dan
