For years I used to be Lee’s H&A biggest fan & best ad. Now that it is J&L’s H&A, I am not. I couldn’t get him to respond to my calls or texts asking him to forward my messages to his his new partner, Thomas, who used to be an answer to a prayer but is no longer b/c now he couldn’t or wouldn’t give me a ballpark figure on my new fall/spring service contract w/o getting snippy w/ me. None of these young me ever thought enough of me as a longtime customer to respond to me in a timely manner w/o making me feel like an inconvenience to them. As a result, they will never have to worry about be contacting them ever again I have gone back to MasterTech of Crossett for my fall/spring service contract re: my central H&A needs. Their tech, Mr Mike, is also capable to service my frig, gas logs, & B

The j & l crew are wonderful they came out when they said they would They installed our heat pump very quickly. I was at work when they came out my wife dealt with them and told me how nice they were very professional. Thank you lee forest and the j& l crew .we will be using you for future projects

I had my HVAC system serviced by this company because it was blowing hot air. I was charged $180 for a compressor battery. One week later, the same thing is happening and I tried to call them all day today (July 7, 2023). I did not get an answer the first two times I called. I called a third time and got hung up on without a hello. Do not use this company because they are non- responsive and can be quite rude.

My husband Billie Wells and I are zoo blessed by Lee. He went out of hisbway to help us get our a/c going and save us money.
