I made an order for sod about a week in advance. I wrote the date and time on a sticky note and put it on the fridge, Monday September 29th. I cleared my schedule to be able to install the sod when it arrived. It didn't show up. I called Lefeber turf farm, and there were no apologies, no "We'll get it out to you right away", just a "Sorry, I don't see your order. I made a new order elsewhere.

Super friendly and helpful, I was only getting a few rolls of turf and they still went out of their way to accommodate.

Everyone I have worked with here has been great! Nick got me set up and I have worked with several of the ladies here since, who have all been professional and helpful. I am a big fan of customer service and a firm believer that you need the right customer facing team members and they require an environment that they can excel in to provide the level of support that makes you want to do business. Thanks for what you do.

I’m one week into my new turf. Still alive at this point. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I love that when I would call, someone answered right away.
