From the moment I walked into the store I knew I was at the right place. The customer service was excellent! Jeff was our salesman and gave us several recommendations on replacing our existing wood floors. We chose LVP flooring. The contractors they used were the absolute best I’ve seen. They were all professional and very good at their skill. Jeff (salesman) was on the job site several times making sure the job was done to his satisfaction. He sent me updates and photos through the process. I’ve used a competitor in the past and didn’t receive this level of service. Jeff made the entire process seamless and the quality was outstanding. I consulted another carpet store in Lubbock prior to selecting Leftwich Chapman and I couldn't have been more pleased with my selection with Leftwich. Hallie was so helpful and attentive from selection to installation. She made some recommendations regarding tile size and placement that were all spot on!! The installation was great as well. They arrived on time, were courteous and cleaned up after each work day. The tile installation is perfect. Thanks to Hallie and installers for a stress free transition from carpet to tile.

We just used Jo at Leftwich Chapman for new carpet in our house. The entire team there is fantastic!! She is very knowledgeable! The measurements were perfect. Carpet was exactly what we expected. Installation happened when they said it would and the team that came to do the install was AWESOME! They treated my home like it was their home and made sure everything was perfect and just like I wanted before leaving. They explained the process and the timeline too. I wont go anywhere else! Cant wait to see the new location when it opens!

Betty at Leftwich Chapman was so very helpful in selecting vinyl flooring and looking for marble for backsplash! We did purchase flooring from Leftwich Chapman, ordered it and it was delivered to them in a week! I highly recommend using Betty at Leftwich Chapman. Tim was also helpful, when I realized that the marble we had originally thought we were going to purchase but decided against, was on the original invoice. Tim was able to get the marble cancelled!
