Legacy Bath & Kitchen

First, I received NO compensation from Legacy for writing this review and my family has no relationship which Legacy other than Customer/Supplier. During the quoting phase of our renovation project I was initially hesitant to choose Legacy Bath & Kitchen as they were the highest of the 4 Bids on our Master Bathroom project. I did some research on Legacy and after several discussions/e-mails with different Legacy personnel (including Jason the Owner), I was convinced it was worth the risk to choose Legacy. I am not rich, but I have no problem paying for quality products. With the job now completed, I can say my Family and I are 100% satisfied with the final result. We are happy to report our fantastic experience with the two knowledgeable, courteous, punctuality, and expertise of Eddie and John. They did a great job from the beginning of the bathroom remodel until the end. They were patient and accommodating to our schedule. The area was very clean because they placed covers on the floors from the entrance of the house to the bathroom. We are planning on having Legacy complete the project with Eddie & John as the crew. My wife and I have owned five houses together and done a lot of remodeling in the last 35 years. I also worked in the construction supply business for 43 years. This bathroom remodel was the most professional job we have ever experienced from start to finish. Violet did an excellent job of giving us a great upfront detailed quote. Laura Yeoman was great at communicating from the quote to the start of construction and familiarizing us with your really well designed portal. Corey and Garfield always called or texted just before they showed up on time and did what they said they would do. Corey asked very detailed questions about how the floor tile would be laid, how the shower tile would be laid, how the safety bars would be installed, how the niche would be laid out, etc. No detail was

Legacy was one of four bids. They were not the cheapest - but Jose's presentation and help with the design was so helpful we went with them. We do not regret it one bit. As a matter of fact - it is rare to give 5 star right? So, here was our challenge: - we had my daughter at age 39 moving in with us due to a progression in her disability. We did not have an ADA bath. Legacy brought in the team of John and Eddie. Consummate professionals in every area including communication and also advocacy at one point. They really were the most fun, respectful and true craftsmen in their work. Solution: They converted a walk in shower with glass doors and a lip with a separate toilet room, into a assisted shower with a teak folding seat and non slip floors into the open toilet area. We are very pleased with our kitchen remodel done by Legacy. From start to finish, the communication with the Team was great. Project Manager Augustin Flores kept us informed of all aspects of the project. Who was coming, what was being done and how long it would take. Each phase was handled professionally. Any concerns we had were quickly addressed. Our new kitchen is exactly what we wanted it to be. Thank you Violet, Augustin and all who made it happen.
