As a cabinet dealer that has been in the business for over 20 years, I highly recommend staying away from Legacy cabinetry. We brought them on during the pandemic due to their turnaround time vs. our other cabinet lines. Bringing them on was one of the biggest mistakes we have made during our entire time in business. Their overall quality is absolutely terrible, and their customer service is even worse. The line is so bad, they have SKU items that were created because of the number of mistakes they make in the factory. During many of our installs we would notice that the shelf holes do not align from the right to the left side, so after installing the shelves, they were all crooked. Our clients are always excited about their cabinets when they're installed, and we’re currently working on a kitchen remodel where the clients are absolutely in love with their new look! While there have been occasional replacements needed, Legacy is always quick to resolve any issues, making them a reliable partner for our projects.

Purchased Cabinets from Sherwood in Las Cruces NM. Horrible quality and service. Finish is horrible, they cannot get the same finish from one door to another and it has nothing to do with wood grain. Cabinets have the same issues not just the doors and drawer faces. Nobody want's to do the right thing. It's not just the cabinets its the Dealer that sold them.

My wife and I had a house built through our country homes in which this company was hired for and after many issues and concerns pertaining to the cabinets on what they were made out of and the craftsmanship on how poorly they were built and installed in the house and actually one of the workers punctured a hole to one of our water lines and flooded out a quarter of the house when putting the cabinets up in the media room, we called on numerous occasions to have many issues fixed and the owner said there was nothing he can do because the home builder was not going to pay him to come back out and fix his own screw-ups.
