Legacy Direct Flooring and Millwork LLC

Legacy Flooring and their installer installed Fairway WPC flooring in my home on February 6, 2026, and unfortunately the workmanship did not meet expectations for the price paid (approximately $2.25 per square foot for labor, plus material markup). Issues included a cracked plank that was left in place, an unlocked click joint in a high-traffic doorway that was concealed with Minwax filler instead of being properly corrected, and multiple adjacent rows in a long hallway with end joints staggered only about 4–5 inches, which is below manufacturer guidelines. Expansion gaps were inconsistent throughout the installation. Legacy Direct Flooring did a fantastic job installing LVP flooring in two different homes for us. Great communications regarding the projects from start to finish and Earl and Kimberly are so pleasant to work with. They were knowledgable about the products and were able to help me make good selections. The installation team were on time, efficient, friendly and answered all my questions. Mr. Earl and Mrs. Kimberly were very knowledgeable and respectful when coming out to quote my flooring. They took their shoes off at the door, sat down with me and my Husband and explained all flooring options in extreme detail. They answered all of our questions clearly. Their prices are very reasonable as well! We were extremely impressed by the quality of work done! We highly recommend this company for all of your flooring needs!

We are so grateful for Legacy Direct Flooring and everything they have done and continue to help us with. We had multi room damage from a tropical storm and they came highly recommended. Earl and Kim have been available whenever I have questions. They came with a plethora of flooring samples, color options and gave solid, honest advice on what would work best. If I could give 10 stars I would. Legacy Direct Flooring and Millwork was perfection start to finish. I saw them on a Facebook post. Kimberly (owner) was amazing. She answered all my questions and stayed in communication. If it were not for her I would have moved onto the next flooring company. Kimberly and her husband Earl came out to the Hospice House and gave us a free quote. She helped me along the way with the decisions of colors etc. that would match with the flooring of choice. Again staying in constant communication along the way. The fellow that does the flooring (Shawn) is TOP notch! THE BEST! He has 20+ years of experience and is extremely meticulous. Shawn is so well rounded he could have done all the work for the building. When I give this review it really comes from the heart
