Legacy Electric

Our electrical panel had to be replaced. Due to the fact we had to live without electricity, Legacy Electric scheduled us on Sunday to come out on Monday! Thank you for traveling so far and coming the next day. The replacement repair was fast and efficient, While at my house they allowed me to add TWO additional tasks. While they where there, And I had attempted to get a electrician out for those repairs for 3 years. Legacy Electric added the additional work with no problem. They where very understanding of the fact of financial situations where right, Due to the unexpected emergency. Very kind and well spoken, and answered questions effectively and with experience. I would welcome them back to my home anytime.

We needed electrical work done on some mini splits newly installed. We called Larry and he was able to fit us in that same day. From the time we called until he was finished was about 6 hours! He cleaned up after himself, was friendly, and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone!

Larry was great! I needed help with a heavy industrial motor wiring job that other people did not want to touch given the timeline the project had. He called me back after another project he was on for the day was done and spent a good 45 minutes walking me through my options. He informed me of all the code requirements and double checked I had all the other necessary equipment I needed for the job. When all was said and done he pointed me in the right direction for additional parts and refused to take payment as he said he "only spent a little time" looking up requirements. Anyone who spends that kind of time and then tells me I can get materials cheaper elsewhere will definitely be getting a call from me again to do work. Amazingly intuitive, personable, VERY knowledgeable staff!!!! Not only did I get a real person to talk to immediately, but they were willing to come out the SAME DAY because of the circumstances in the household, with a handicapped individual depending on electricity to get around and have a suitable quality of life. Not only was the staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but they also took the time to come back when there were issues and to follow up and make sure all is well. We can't stress on how much of a lifesaver this company is! I would give 10 stars if I could!!!! I would recommend to friends, family, neighbors and even strangers out in public--really anyone who is in a jam cus these guys are superheroes!!!
