Blake was seriously incredible! He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and was very transparent with everything from beginning to end. It took less than an hour from the time I made the phone call that he showed up to see what was going on. I am always so impressed with the customer service we receive. I will never go with anyone else. ETA: Brad came back today (3/4) and got my new furnace installed! The guys were so helpful. Explained what they were going to do and even showed me how to use my new thermostat. I am so happy to have heat back! Thank you, Legacy team!

Legacy maintains all of our hvac and plumbing equipment. We always get great service and knowledgeable technicians. Prices are a little on the high side (comparably). But decades of experience have proven it’s worth having representation that knows what they’re doing. Technician Nick was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly (loves dogs). He did an annual service and helped with some other things that may not have been done as efficiently by anyone else.

Zack, arrived on time. Went straight to work and was out in a timely fashion. He is one of the most honest repairmen I have met. He had suggestions for future updates, was informative but not pushy. I hope to see him in a few months for my AC. Highly recommend him. His check up was covered by the maintenance agreement. 0 dollars to me.

Legacy was able to come out within 2 hours of me calling to look at our furnace piping. Brandon was upfront about the different options we had including potential risks and pricing differences. He ended up rearranging his schedule to make sure our gas leak was fixed and our furnace was up and running the same day. He and Wes were extremely respectful and communicative the entire day, and they stayed over 3 hours after finishing their work to ensure Nipsco was able to successfully restore our gas (even though nipsco had said they weren’t required to stay). It wasn’t the cheapest quote we got, but we don’t regret going with Legacy because of the outstanding customer service and quality of work.
