We had an excellent experience with Legacy Heating and Cooling. They came out to temporarily move our unit so we could waterproof the area and then returned to put everything back once the work was complete. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team was punctual, knowledgeable, and took great care with the unit both times. Communication was clear, and they worked efficiently without cutting corners. On top of that, the pricing was very fair, especially considering the quality of service we received. It’s refreshing to work with a company that’s honest, reliable, and truly cares about doing the job right. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work

Legacy came out to our new home for a system inspection that we requested. Mickey did a great job explaining what condition our air handler was in and what it is capable of despite it being a tad bit older. Outdoor unit needed a capacitor that he was able to swap out for me in a timely fashion. They did a thorough job explaining what my possibilities were for the house and gave me options to revamp my duct work. I 10/10 recommend . Easy to talk to and gave us honest feedback and concerns and troubleshooting options in the future.

Mickey came out and was polite and listened to the issue. He found out it was not a thermostats issue like I thought and saved us over $100 by reinstalling the same thermostat we had before and fixing the actual problem. Same day service and fair pricing
