Legacy Home Comfort

I am overly happy with the service I received from Legacy Home Comfort! Our fireplace went kaput and they were able to send someone out very quickly. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. It was installed in less the 10 minutes and the fireplace came back on. I’d called a few different places, and none of them could meet my timeline, but Legacy did. I will definitely use their services in the future.

The technicians were very courteous. Prior to entering my home they put on masks and upon entering they put shoe covers on before preceding to the heating unit. It was almost like watching a well oiled machine at work. The gentlemen addressed the problem , fixed the matter within what I felt was minutes and tested the heating system. They were professional , friendly and very knowledgeable and yes, speedy with the repair. I am VERY pleased and will use them again. Nice to know there are technicians that care about customer service. We’ll done gentlemen… we’ll done!!!

I contacted Legacy Home Comfort because of an issue my gas fireplace was having - when using the remote/receiver feature it was turning off and on at random. The team was able to come to my home quickly, within days, which was wonderful. Upon arrival they conducted a "safety inspection and cleaning" of my fireplace, replaced the batteries in the receiver, something I had done only days before, turned it on and off five times and determined it was good. We were charged $298 for their service. Only days later, after turning on the fireplace for the first time since their service call, once again the fire turned off and on at random. I contacted Legacy Home Comfort, conveyed how disatisfied I was with their service visit, and insisted they come back to address the issue as I had requested, n

I had a great experience - technician showed up on time and was very professional, helpful and courteous. He made recommendations based on his expertise. Gladly recommend this company and will use their services in the future.

Exorbitant charge $325 charge for an incredibly simple (15 minutes max) replacement of a fireplace remote available via amazon for less than half the price invoiced. This charge did NOT include the service call! Friendly techs, but I would NEVER use this company again.
