EZ was very thorough with my roof assessment taking the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. His walkthrough provided the attention to detail I expected. The level of service has been awesome.

Overall: The quality of installation was not worth the cost. Do not recommend. I'm leaving two stars instead of one because they did come out to improve the work after I complained, but I will share my complaints below. Pros: The sales and service teams are easy to contact and work with, as you can clearly see all reviews are about the sales team. The project was completed weeks sooner than expected. Cons: The quality of the work just was not there. There were numerous caulking problems, some broken trim that was simply caulked back together, the wifi cable was cut, the spigots were not secured back into the house, they caused problems with the neighbors as they left equipment and materials in their driveway overnight without permission, over $600 worth of damage was done to the landscap

Blake was prompt to our appointment (in fact he was a little early). He asked me what was important to me in energy efficient replacement windows and installation. What concerns did I have? I said I wanted a quality product, for a fair price with someone who took care with my home during installation. He answered all of my questions followed by a product presentation. I was very impressed by his knowledge and sincerity. The price was very reasonable compared to other quotes I had gathered for windows. But ultimately, the quality of the product and warranty from a company who takes pride in their product and work was the ultimate selling point. Today I was given the opportunity to speak with an employee from legacy Home remodeling. Originally I was just getting quotes from different companies but when I sat down with Emiziah discuss affordable plans and options for me to get guards and new windows he took his time explained everything to me show me everything did not charge me or request for me to have things replaced that did not need to be replaced he was very professional and very knowledgeable of the job that needed to be done it was patient I just really felt like he was there to help me with what was needed for my home. And if I had to do it all again I would ask for him To come out to assist me.

I had a great experience with the window company representative who came out to give an estimate. He was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. Emiziah took the time to explain the different window options and answered all of my questions clearly. The estimate process was thorough and straightforward. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely consider moving forward with this company.
