I cannot say enough good things about Josh and his company Legacy Mountain Builders. He and his crew truly brought my vision of refurbishing our old barn to life. His craftsmanship is beautiful, he is patient, kind, detail oriented and extremely knowledgeable. Our project was completed on time, on budget and exceeded my expectations. My eldest daughter had her dream wedding in the barn in October of 2024. The compliments received made this project worth every penny. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate Josh’s hard work on restoring a piece of Douglas County’s history. Moreover, he has been instrumental in completing household repairs and problem solving our vintage home. Josh is always my first choice when needing a project completed or recommending a contractor and we will continue

I hired Josh and his team of guys to convert my two car garage into two bedrooms and a pantry space. Not only were they able to put my vision on paper but it was built exactly how I wanted and they listened to all my needs and it came out absolutely perfect. Josh and his team at Legacy Mountain Builders are top notch. We had an unfinished upstairs that they completely transformed. Looks great! The team also did some involved drywall repair work that looks seamless. Everyone worked hard and was professional and talented, as well as pleasant. We will absolutely use Legacy Mountain Builders again!

HIRE Josh and his company. We have worked with many contractors ranging from the cheapest to most expensive and have been burned in some way, every time. Not the case with Josh. He was the first contractor I had no issues with even though his team had a freak accident on a job days before our project was set to start. His guys are professional, punctual and very skilled. We needed four bathroom showers tiled and shower doors installed. We live out of town and even with the distance the project was on time. You are in GREAT hands with Josh. I will only work with him for any future project.

Josh and the entire Legacy team were excellent from start to clean up. They were all very straight forward and wonderful to deal with. The crew was extremely polite and business like. They all showed up on time every day and put in a full days work. The workmanship was very professional and the attention to detail was great. Lots of underlying problems were fixed very well. I must say that at this point have no worries whatsoever when the weather turns bad.
