I contacted Lori after family had decided it was in our best interest and our mother’s to have someone come in and clean for her and help her with organizational tasks that were getting too difficult for her to manage and the family was struggling to keep up with. Lori graciously agreed to go out of her way initially. She worked with the family and my mom to set up a convenient arrangement for all involved. We have been thrilled with her communication, feedback after visits and the thoroughness of the cleaning service. We are extremely grateful that Lori is working with our family to assist my mother with her cleaning and organizational needs. She is attentive to requests and needs. We look forward to having a lasting professional relationship with Lori.

Only giving this a 5 star rating because there's not a 6 star option! Lori's dedicated, diligent, and meticulous - I think it's fair to say that 'above and beyond' is only scratching the surface when it comes to describing Lori's service. One time while she was looking after our pup while we were out of the country (in the dead of winter), the battery to our garage door opener died, leaving her no way to get in. She worked the problem, went to the store to buy new batteries, replaced them, AND brought our pup special treats. What more can I say? Outstanding!! Highly recommended.

If you are looking for a professional residential cleaning, I HIGHLY recommend The Legacy Origins!! We had used The Cleaning Authority and after many issues decided to try someone new. Lori met with me and after touring our home, gave me a competitive quote (which was less than the previous cleaners). She had a cancellation and fit me in within 2 days. When I came home from work I was BLOWN AWAY by the amazing job she and her crew did. You don’t realize how dirty your house is until the cleaning is DONE RIGHT. This company is professional, detail-oriented, thorough and even did some of my windows without my asking!!! They also have dog services and let my 3 dogs out and put them back in!! Legacy Origins and Lori have been a find. My husband met her while she was dog walking in our neighborhood. She has taken care of our dog, cleaned and checked on our house, grocery shopped and whatever else was needed. She always goes above and beyond. She is a wonderful person and a pleasure to work with. Lori has kept our dog while we go on vacation , day dog sitting and sometimes for dog walks. She loves dogs, is dependable,kind,caring, responsible. Lori has also done work for my business. Marketing, signage, brochures. Etc. she is open to suggestions and will listen to what your vision is. Easy to work with.
