Customer service? About 9 PM 12/16/25 my friend and I were leaving the garage after the Sweet Georgia’s Juke Joint. My friend who was in the car ahead of me at the ticket machine trying to pay and leave the garage. She was having trouble getting out, there was a female in the glass booth. She was eating. But she was oblivious to customers trying to get out the garage. From my car, behind, I could see my friend having problems getting out the garage. She told me she tapped on the glass where the attendant was eating, but the attendant kept eating her food. I was thinking after the fact- what if a person was getting robbed, or raped, or had taken a fall onto the concrete? The attendant was not paying attention or ignoring her customers. On Tuesday, December 16, 2025. After leaving the Sweet Georgia Juke Joint for a birthday celebration and returning to Legacy parking deck around 9:15 pm. Upon leaving, We stopped to pay for parking while putting the money in the machine someone walks up and grabs the money. We noticed an attendant in the booth, tried to get her attention, even getting out of the car knocking on the window for help, she refused to help and simply continued to eat her food. A couple of minutes later she comes out of the booth completely ignored our cries for help and simply walked away while we were screaming for help. We were not able to get out of the parking lot because someone took our money so I ended up paying my credit card. The parking fee was $28 they charge $280 to my credit card. This place is a

Somebody tried to break in over night... There's no security personnel on site.

While staying at the Ellis, I parked here that evening, and left the next morning. The stated maximum on the sign is $28, and they charged me $50. It's bait and switch, false advertising. On the receipt the LPC stands for Licensed Professional Counselors Association. Aren't these folks supposed to be ethical?

Convenient Cheaper than the hotel parking in the area. Use the app to pay for overnight parking before you go in. It reads your plate and is cheaper (without the app the cost for overnight parking starts again at 6 am but the app is a full 24 hours). No pedestrian walk way.
