Very positive experience. Clear and accurate communication. Professional plumbers came out and did great work. I didnt have much done, but they went the extra mile and recommended a sensor where I didnt have one. Installed it for me, for what seemed like a decent price. EDIT: We encountered a minor problem after the fact, and this company went above and beyond to make it right. You never really know what a company values until there is an issue, and after working through this one with them, they have a customer for life. Robbie was great, the scheduling team was responsive and helpful... all in all a great experience.

My experience with Legacy Plumbing was excellent in every aspect. When I called, I was able to speak to Theron, a master plumber, about my leaky pipe issue. Then Hubert and his assistant came out the next morning to begin the work. After visually accessing the situation, I was given an action plan of potential fixes and their costs thereby knowing the best and worst case scenarios they might encounter in advance. Lucky for me, my fix landed on the best case scenario side. The whole team was polite, professional and fair. I would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing.

This was my second time going to Legacy Plumbing for repairs, and the experience was exactly what I look for in this sort of thing: direct, no-nonsense, no pressure tactics, clear explanation, and a reasonable price that actually feels proportionate to the work done. By all accounts, they run a really good operation over at Legacy, and every experience I've had with everyone from the plumbers themselves, to the receptionist/dispatchers, and even the finance person, have all been great and very personable. Philip was who did the work for me today, and he was great to work with. Very transparent, gave me several options, and he was even able to rip out an old somewhat defunct water softener that I've been meaning to remove for months. Exceptional Service During a Stressful Emergency I called Legacy Plumbing this morning facing what every homeowner dreads: water flooding my front yard from a cracked exterior pipe. Joey arrived promptly, assessed the situation quickly, and explained the problem and got down to work!. What separated this experience from typical emergency service calls was Joey's professionalism. He clearly prioritized our best interests over upselling unnecessary work. His technical knowledge was evident, but more importantly, he understood that I was dealing with an unplanned expense during an already demanding day with back-to-back commitments. Hubert, Sean and colleagues (from initial call to scheduling, to their helpers) for diagnosis & repair were absolutely fantastic. I got a call & text when they were on the way. Incredibly efficient, professional, and so easy to work with. They got straight to work and fixed a hot water slab leak within 4 hours. Leak is fixed! Have used legacy 4 times in 20 yrs and they will continue to get our business. Great company, great crew. Highly recommend
