Let me tell you this people! I am so happy Legacy ignored my “ no soliciting “ sign! The representative Acknowledge the sign and just wanted to introduce himself because he was helping my fellow neighbors Down the street by Inspecting their roofs and exteriors of their property. He was very polite and offered To do a courtesy check for me as well. Didn’t take long at all. He gave me a full report and allowed me to look at the photos of damages that were found. Damages caused by a storm that previously happened a couple months ago! I would’ve never known this if I this Gentlemen didn’t come to my door! Long story short! I’m getting a new roof for little to nothing on my end! Thank you Legacy!

When An employee Stopped at my house to discuss my roof. They were very informational, knowledgeable, and professional. Within an hour, we were on the phone with the insurance company and within A few weeks I had a new beautiful roof. The roofers did a fantastic job and in such a timely manner. The cleanup was fantastic. I had an Absolute wonderful experience from beginning to end.

I called in on a driver that works for Legacy Restoration today because they were driving extremely rude and unsafe. The company decided to give the man my phone number so he could contact me directly! What company freaking does that? Yes, the guy that called me was very nice and apologized for his behavior but this is not how we do things in this world. I should have been kept anonymous! ETHICALLY, THAT IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS! I gave ONE star because I couldn't give a NEGATIVE-ONE!
