Even though the insurance only covered standard 30-year shingles, they upgraded my roof to impact-resistant shingles at no extra cost, which not only improved my roof’s quality but also lowered my insurance premium. On top of that, they went above and beyond by cleaning my air vents and resealing all my windows as a complimentary service.
