Legacy Rug Care

I wasn't sure which company I was going to pick because I was choosing between two. Legacy Rug won because of the customer service. When they picked up the rugs the customer service won again. When they bought back the rugs, OH MY!, the rugs were so vibrant and beautifully cleaned; AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WON AGAIN! Hands down I would recommend and I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEIR BUSINESS! Kudos, job well done. (aka Hydro)

Hydro Clean exceeded my expectations in cleaning my area rugs for the holidays! They brightened up the colors and removed a few stubborn stains that I thought were hopeless. Pick up and delivery were on schedule and staff were courteous.

Everyone was real professional and nice. My rug has not looked this well since I bought it. I always used a carpet cleaner every 3 months at least. The rug was like 50 lbs lighter. That's all the doggie dirt/sand. I'm very pleased with this company.
