Legendary Floors

This company does honor their warranty or stand behind their flooring. Our Bainbridge Engineered floors began slight chipping in our home built in 2017. At first it was just a small corner unnoticeable so thought oh no big deal. That was just the beginning of what we had no idea would become an ugly horrible reality for our beautiful home. 1 yr later after moving in we began to notice it in other areas so we contacted the company the floors were purchased through and that’s when Legendary Floors sent out their inspector who said it was caused from us and the cleaning product. I have a cleaning lady and She uses a capful of Murphy’s Soap mixed with a gallon water bucket covers the mop with a towel to clean our floors every other week. We then hired our own Inspector and that cost $700 to

I Checked in got loaded and out within an hour. Warehouse guys were friendly. It's better to blind side here than do a u-turn and sight side back. The hill is steep and it's hard to maintain traction. There is enough space to do either as long as you're the only truck.

I have dealt with some flooring companies in my day and none are as bad as Legendary Floors! My grandmother who weighs 120 pounds would fall through half of their flooring! A leaf has more durability than this!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The communication was inconsistent, the project took much longer than promised, and the quality of the flooring installation was nowhere near what I expected. Several areas were uneven and poorly finished, and when I reached out for help, I was met with no responses and no accountability. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Checked in and the guys are really nice out in the shop. Blind back in is easier than see siding in... Not a lot of room on the other side of the road to swing if you have a sleeper cab....
