Nick at Legendary Lawns did an absolutely fantastic job on my yard. He handled core aeration, overseeding, and even repaired several areas that had been torn up from squirrel damage. The results were better than I expected — my lawn already looks healthier, fuller, and more even. Nick was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. You can tell he really cares about the quality of his work. If you want someone reliable who truly knows lawns, I highly recommend Nick and Legendary Lawns!

My wife and I bought our house two years ago. We both work long hours and always wanted to have a beautiful green luscious lawn but struggled to find the time to give it the proper treatment and attention to do so. Our lawn looked like a better version of a forgotten abandoned lot. We saw a lawn sign promoting Legendary Lawns services in Livonia and decided to give them a call. Nick, who I assume is the owner operator, answered our call. He was incredibly informative and fit us into his busy schedule. That same weekend, Nick came on site to detach (roughly 175 lbs was collected and taken off site), aerate, and over-seeded with a top tier seed of our choice.
