We needed to replace the carpeting in our home. Lucky for us we found an exceptionally excellent company, Legends, in our small town! Laurie asked what type we were looking for and showed us their samples of dense pile, durable, lightly textured and trackless carpets. She was most helpful and knowledgeable about their products. She set up the date for our installation and everything went smoothly. Randy and his crew of Billy and Greg did a phenomenal job for us. They were VERY professional, skilled and moved all of our heavy furniture. We could hear them happy and laughing as they went about their work. This business is selling sub par vinyl flooring at high prices. No guarantees, no returns which is a surprise because this data is not on the invoice. It is on a piece of paper on the wall. If the customer does not look there, one is out of luck. They tell the client the wait period for install is 2 months. When an inquiry is made after the 2 months, they explain the wait is longer. Their lack of business professionalism, arguments about things they never addressed and rudeness adds to the nasty experience.

Legendary Laurie! What service, attention to detail! The end product will not disappoint! We shopped several larger metro companies, little to no response. Laurie herself answered my call and provided an estimate within a few days. There is no place else for your flooring, window coverings or interior design needs.

Just a wonderful place in WALSENBURG, you do wait for your carpet but its worth the wait!
