Good communication and response, but to be told "we're too busy for that kind of work" was very disheartening. I needed a TXV replaced, and was ready to accept the fact of the significant cost/ labor involved. But they just declined, without even telling me what they would charge.

Called LEGGETT a few weeks back when our Trane HVAC stopped working randomly. They arrived within a short amount of time and were able to repair it as needed. No one loves a broken HVAC or bill to repair, but we felt they were reasonable and very helpful.

I love Leggett Heating & Air! Just had an AC meltdown and they were out in no time on a Sunday! With our high heat index, needed the quick fix to get cooled down. They have been my go to company for almost 20 years! I love their service contract for maintenance twice a year and if I do have a problem; they are dependable and honest; fixing the problem quickly as possible. I bought my unit from them during a renovation project. 10 year warranty - I have exceeded the warranty now, but the service remains excellent! Thank you Leggett team!
