Our experience with this flooring has been deeply disappointing and completely opposite from what I had hoped. For many years, I admired these floors. I first fell in love with them after visiting several top luxury custom home builders (Perrone Construction, Knauf-Koenig/and architects Stofft Cooney), where I was struck by the beautiful color, texture, and quality. After years of anticipation, we finally purchased the floors—and have had nothing but issues since installation. I’ve had hardwood floors my entire life and have lived in numerous luxury homes, never once experiencing problems with any flooring—until now. Terrible quality of flooring delivered to my home out of state. They thought we were Rubes and would accept flooring with huge knots and poorly filled holes. Only 25% of boards were without flaws!! After we complained they send full boxes with no flaws.

We had Legno Bastone hardwood flooring installed throughout our new home in Southwest Florida.
