I live close by on water Street my opinion is they are very reputable business.

It’s been over 7 days and no delivery. Christmas holidays coming and I am just about out of oil. Of course my credit card was charged within seconds! As a follow up... When I called and complained, the woman hung up on me. And repeatedly hung up on me when I called again. After many calls I finally talked to a guy who said my money had been refunded. I has not appeared on my account yet. I have a feeling I'll be going to small claims court over this. Strangest company I've ever dealt with. Go with another dealer. I did.

I hate to rate them this low because the person who came to inspect my tanker and the delivery person did great job. However, I had a refund because I was billed extra incase my tanker took more than I anticipated. They didn't refund me until I called them almost after a week. They are very active to take your money, but you have to call them to refund you. To me this is cheating. I spoke to a lady over the phone and asked her what if I didn't call, she told me since people have different choice (some like to stay as credit, etc...). I expected a courtesy call what will my choice rather than holding my money without my consent. It is unethical and unprofessional. Becareful, if you order oil from Lehigh Oil and check your receipt.

I recently used this company for home heating oil and I have no complaints. In fact, I ordered online last night when I realized my tank was empty because I had no hot water and they arrived at 10am this morning to fill it up. I was relieved that they could get here so quickly! The price was better than any other company I checked (I looked at least another 7-8 in my area) and the price was exactly as quoted. I used this company a few months ago when I was renting a different home in another town and had the same excellent experience. I highly recommend them and will be using them again!

Very rude worker decided that he was going to block traffic and not move. I asked him very nicely before he got out of the truck to move over because I couldn't get through. There was more than enough room for him to park properly. He took his time and never moved. I called the company to complain and instead of apologizing, the woman on the line made excuses about why he was in the middle of the road. Although my review has nothing to do with getting service, it does represent the type of people that are apart of this company.
