Our Experience with Lehigh Patio Rooms & John the owner has been outstanding! For our installation, John personally measured our patio room & delivered the final product on time & under budget. More importantly, we recently experienced storm damage. Contacting John, he personally took charge of the repair & immediately ordered replacement parts. He then personally came to our house to supervise the repairs. Additionally, John does NOT use random contractors. The installers at Lehigh Patio Rooms are John's employees. His employees are courteous, accommodating, punctual & clean. Again, our experience with John & his company, Lehigh Patio Rooms was great! We would recommend them to everyone. Thank you again, John.

Do not Hire Lehigh Patio Rooms, unless you want to have a very bad experience. Please see previous review. Update on my review: After 3 years and pursuing legal action against Mr. Dupre, at Lehigh Patio Rooms, being granted a judgement in January 2025 and awarded my deposit plus all court fees I have yet to receive any money from Lehigh Patio Rooms. Early January I Called Mr.Dupre to give him a chance to make things right and pay the money awarded to me by court judgement. Mr. Dupre appeared (appeared) to feel regret for what he had put me through the last 3 years. That didn’t last long as his regret was follow by him expressing his apologies but then followed by what many would consider a Quid pro quo( which I questioned) that he was more than willing to pay me the money owed to me as lon

Thank you to John and his crew we have had our patio room one year in March and we love it. It has really been a great place for my husband I to hang out and just enjoy time together and with our family, it was the best decision we ever made !

It has been 6 months since I contacted craftbuilt. They told me to contact John at lehigh patios about a delaminating wall panel, a warranty issue. Numerous calls and text msg over a 5 month period, not even the courtesy of a return call. Anyone shopping for a 3 or 4 season sunroom I would avoid this company and craftbuilt, a 50yr warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. The delaminating panel is the result of a poor craftsmanship and low quality installation. I gave it 2 star because the sunroom system/ components are well thought out/built but if assembled poorly the end result is less than satisfactory. Reply: One of your subs did the install John, my contract was with you. The failing section is the same section I pointed out to you upon completion that was not properly fit.

Had the best experience and absolutely in love with our sunroom. John & his team worked promptly to finish our room and it turned out perfectly. It’s the best space for our family to get together & enjoy the outside while remaining in our home. We are so grateful to Lehigh Patio Rooms!
