I called Leinos because i locked my keys in my semi truck, they advised me it would take 30-40 mins for them to get to me, Tyler arrived in about 20-25 mins of initial call! Soon as he made it he sprung into action and got my doors unlocked within 10 mins! Great service great communication and very knowledgeable of what they are doing! Good honest ppl that i would recommend to anyway in the North houston area

I recently spoke with Ralph regarding a replacement key for my vehicle, and I was extremely impressed. He was honest, highly knowledgeable, and clear, straight to the point with no confusion. His explanation of services and pricing was transparent, and it was evident that his confidence came from years of experience in the profession. He sent his son to complete the service, and Trevor was just as impressive. He was professional, kind, and skilled. He finished the job in about 20 minutes, and the fee I was quoted on the call was exactly what I was charged afterward, which is rare these days. Overall, I am very impressed with their service. I will definitely be recommending this company to others, including on my neighborhood page.

I called Ralph for an early next day tenant lock out. He accepted and sent a young locksmith named Tyler. Tyler called ahead of time, was on site on time, handled all of the paperwork and necessary calls to authorities. Then he went to work and finished the job. He was professional and courteous.

I called this service to replace a lost truck key. It was discussed that the truck might need a special key due to the truck having a security system. When the young man came out to cut the key I mentioned that to him but he was convinced that it did not need the special key. So I had 2 regular metal keys cut. They will not start the engine. I checked with a dealership to see if the security key was needed using the vin# of the vehicle ( which i think they should have done) and the truck does indeed need a security key to get the engine to turn over due to the anti theft system. So now I am out of pocket $170 for 2 useless keys and even though I have tried to communicate this issue to the owner and he has been unhelpful and I have been ignored even though I've called and texted the owner o
