Len conducted our home inspection and we could not be happier! He invited us to join him during the walk-through and as first-time home buyers, we had no idea what to look for. He verbalized everything he was looking at and provided his expert opinion. He even brought a thermographic camera to inspect the insulation within the walls! We learned so much about our new home as well as tips for maintaining it. He was patient, thorough and answered all of our questions. He sent us the report the following day and it was organized and easy to understand. His rates are very reasonable. We can’t recommend Len enough for your home inspection!
