Getting the estimate was easy and clearly written. Don’t get shocked about the price, it is expensive to get trees down. Go with someone with experience and insurance. This way if something goes wrong you are safe. Lenk has been around for a long time and are very professional and knowledgeable as well as easy to work with. The day they came to cut the trees it was like a small army had showed up. Equipment of all sizes rolled in and started getting in place. All the guys knew their jobs and were in place quickly and efficiently. They used a boom truck and worked their way up the tree cutting off the branches as they went. We were working on some stone on someone’s property. One of their employees came over and started talking to us. Next thing we know they brought a tractor with a bucket over and helped us with over half of our days work in a couple minutes. The stone was going up on a slope so it was slow work. Staff was super nice and helpful. I would fully support this business.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS company to work with. If I could give zero stars I would. Used to love these guys, but the communication is abysmal. We’ve had to call 5+ times to even schedule an estimate. Once they send you an estimate good luck hearing from them again. They promise they’ll come one day, you’ll wait all day for them, and no one shows up. THEN no one calls to tell you that they won’t show up. Get a new receptionist or get her help because she cannot do her job effectively or professionally. Prices were reasonable, but if you want work done don’t waste your time. It’s worth it to go with someone more professional and responsible who charges a little bit more. Will never go with this company again.
