Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

I placed an order with Lennox and I personally double‑checked that they had received it. I received confirmation that the order was in their system — but the part was never shipped. This resulted in vague promises, and there was no clear timeline or accountability. This experience left us without a needed part and wasted our time. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and follow‑through.

5/22/2025 Most times I deal with either Mike or Danial. Don’t let Danial fool you. :-). He “Loves” to joke around with you. But once you figure him out him, you can throw it back at him. Treat him right and he will go the extra mile to get you the best experience possible. Mike has helped me in the past with warranties. He takes care of everything for you. Awesome Dude ! So….. in my experiences, the front sales staff is eager to help. They definitely respect contractors that KNOW what they want. It can be hard to deal with dip sticks. Professionals dealing with professionals - Superb!

Good luck getting these guys to pick up a phone. Really makes ordering parts super easy and convenient when your on hold with multiple stores for over 30-45 min each time you call for a part. Might as well save yourself the time and just drive there.

They will not sell me a Thermal Camera they have in stock. For Cash. They Say I must have a HVAC license to buy from them. Its a CAMERA. and NO I don't do HVAC repair. Just want to buy what they have in stock.

Staff courteous; Aaron is great! This guy below, obviously doesn't understand sales policies at parts houses.
