Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

Has to be the Most rude Store manager I have ever met. Made fun not only of the terrible situation He was responsible for, but then started to make fun of My Wife with his counter staff directly in front of me... When I find out the Corporate info - I will be talking to someone to get these people Fired Immediately !

Very disappointed with this Baton Rouge Lennox location. Our AC guy contacted them Tuesday because our unit needed a new fan blade. They said it would be ready to pick up on Wednesday but it wasn’t. Apparently it didn’t make it onto their truck that morning. Thursday came and my AC guy called them 3 times before he could get through. Sat on hold 25 mins the first time and never got through, sat on hold 15 mins the second time and never got through. Finally got through, they said they had it so he went to the store and got what he thought was the right part. Got to our place and turns out they gave him the wrong part. He had to call the Harahan Lennox location and they were more helpful, offering to send a driver with the part right away. My husband called the BR location to lodge a complai

I’ve had a highly disappointing experience with Lennox products and their service. After installing a Lennox HVAC system, I encountered one issue after another. The evaporator coil began leaking not long after installation, and later, the condenser coil failed too. These are not small, isolated issues—Lennox is known for leaking coils, and even had a class action lawsuit over it. Unfortunately, I was excluded from the settlement because of when I purchased my unit, despite it being the same model affected. To make matters worse, Lennox only covers parts under their warranty, leaving me to shoulder over $2,700 in labor costs. Horrible service, couldn’t get help. One guy spent the better part of an hour to find a motor he “couldn’t find.” Then the other guy sat up front on his phone while I was staring at his bald spot in his head. They are lazy!

Not very happy with the Baton Rouge location. Came in to warranty some parts. Instead, they sold me new board and thermostat without mention of needing claim numbers. Didn't warranty the thermostat and didn't even mention that it could have been a possibility. Not to mention rude and very inhospitable location.
