Jason and the whole crew here run a tight ship. Excellent customer service. Always helpful. Super fast even when busy. Can’t say enough good things about this store!

I ordered a nice pair of leather boots and received some rubber bottom plastic looking boots that came in a bag not a box!!! They won’t return my call and can’t get a live person on the phone!

I just wanted to share my extremely positive experience today. I am a homeowner with a leaking evap coil that I wanted to get covered under my extended warranty on my 10 year old variable speed air handler. The warranty was expiring the following day. My HVAC company had submitted a claim to Lennox and it said it was under a 5-7 day review. I decided to visit my local Lennox store (Parts Plus) I explained to Jason, the store mgr, my warranty issue and concerns about getting the claim processed in a timely manner so the claim Would be honored. Jason checked the availability of the part through all the Lennox warehouses. He called the warehouse in CA about availability. He was able to find an updated part number of an all aluminum coil that was compatible with my system. Jason called

They had 5 stars when i first wrote this review. I took 2 starts back because. When the two guys Mark and jason are here, it's a great experience. When they are not . The people filling in seem to treat you like they think you are stealing. I have the worst morning when . They are not here . Lennox needs to work on If customer service as a company it seems to me.
