As co owner of a family oriented HVAC business Lennox’s customer service is top notch. As a woman in the industry there has not been one single time that Chris, Fred, Tristian and all the other gentleman that they have not gone above and beyond for me. They all have been kind, friendly, extremely helpful and most of all very respectful. Not the case with many in the industry. As a woman I sincerely appreciate the patience and support and as a business owner this is what any business would expect from their employees. Well done!! They deserve 10 stars ⭐️. Forty years for selling Lennox products and now they are nothing like what you could expect from Marshalltown. Got to see inside the new warehouse, nice, but everyone there has no experience. Very sad to see a solid company just fall apart.
