Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

The people there is very rude and even if you speak with anyone on the front desk, they hung up the phone and this is not nice and not respectful..

Easily the worst supply house in the state. Rude employees if we don't call a half hour early, but nobody ever answers and then we sit in the parking lot for 45 minutes on hold - but then my boss call and mysteriously they answer after 3 minutes. This happens consistently, and the rudeness if we don't call a half hour ahead of time has been going on for years, well before the shutdown. Everything is there until you show up - then SOMETHING is at another location every. Single. Time. The dude on the phone plays stupid. Blames a bad phone system and being swamped all the time, except the less people are there the longer your service takes. Almost like he only hustles to get people out the door if theres a bunch of them.

If you do not want to work, simply stay home. It's not right that you have your customers on hold for 20+ minutes simply waiting for the clock to hit 4:30pm so that you can go home after a day of doing nothing. Being out on hold and passing by the store to see nobody inside say's a lot. Very unsatisfied with this type of service.

My experience at this supply house was Seriously one of the best ! And I am a HVAC Tech so I go to a lot of supply houses But this was to go above and beyond so I had to write about it. Lou the manager was very helpful and patient helping me find the correct control board even though I did not even have a model number !! Most people would have probably stopped right there and sorry I can’t help you but Lou did! I am very grateful for that kind of service you know !! And when the board came in I was of course running late but Antwon stayed a few extra minutes for me to get there even though it was the end of a Monday when most people just want to go home at the end of the day , but he stayed and waited for me to get there,,,,, now a days nobody waits for anyone and for that thank you man I

Literally the most unorganized store. Been calling and emailing for over two weeks about a part. When I called , i was told “we will get to you eventually “. That was 12 days ago. I will never push to sell this product anymore because of how hard it is to get in touch with anyone for help.
