Need a HVAC license (TACL #) to purchase HVAC parts in TX. Its the Law. go to Grainger or Ufixit if you need a homeowner part to fix your AC.

Phenomenal customer service Make the drive here and skip n. Richland hills What counts most...is "I hear you mr so and so.....you need our oncall man to come to the store and you'll pay the 100.00 fee..?....ok....no problem" We....did not hear that from the lazy unavailable crew .....at the other store. Thank you Grand Prairie crew!

Was on the phone with this specific store for an hour and no answer. Drive up here and they are just sittin around nobody on the phone...dont know what happened here. Luckily they had the part on hand that i needed and it didnt take long once here. Would have been nice to know you had the motor before I drove all the way up here!

Love stopping by every time and picking up my supplies specifically only this location and the store manager is always awesome
