They will not tell you ANYTHING if you are the home owner. Their policy is to ONLY to talk to contractors. I wanted to know if they have the control panel for my furnace in stock and they would not give me that information.
I was on hold five minutes. Some guy answered the phone and put me on hold again for another five minutes and I hung up and my age every minute counts so you really shouldn’t put your customers on hold and not take care of them number one they don’t like working on Lennox stuff anyway.
