Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

If you're needing quality customer service, this is NOT the place. It is 29 degrees today, and my furnace is out. My cousin, a licensed HVAC technician, diagnosed a faulty control board. My wife was at Lennox at 7:30a to retrieve parts, but the rep behind the counter would not sell them to her because she doesn't have an account nor a license. Business must be good at Lennox to have a 'policy' of turning paying customers away.

Stopped in this afternoon looking for a field piece meter and the guy behind the counter seemed like he didn’t want to look up and answer me if they stocked field piece products walked over to the wall and tons of field piece stuff asked if they had one with a amp clamp and didn’t even answer me, asked if they had a restroom and he asked me what company I was with, odd I guess they need to check my account for toilet paper usage? I’ve never been treated like that at any other supply houses before very rude and unprofessional

I'm a Lennox dealer in Somerset Ky. We needed a unit on Saturday and Lexington didn't have what we needed. Lennox Louisville answered on the first ring and opened the store for us! We will now have a customer for life as the temps are going to dip down to 15 degrees tonight! There service is terrible , sent my equipment out for delivery when they clearly knew we were picking it up , had to wait over a hour for driver to return , put my installers back 1 1/2 hours. I have never had a good experience there .
