Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

I just spoke to a employer there on the phone and I tried to order a part. Mind you, I’m fairly new to HVAC and I really worked up the courage to call and be confident. Started off great, then it all plummeted when the gentleman decided to laugh EXTREMELY hard and made me feel so insecure and awful that I couldn’t even finish the order because of a “dumb question.” No question is dumb. Excuse the people who TRY to make an effort to learn and yet staff want to bring you down and make smarta** comments when people are learning. Disrespectful staff. You never know what anyone is going through. People laugh at you and talk you down because of your lack of knowledge? At least some folks TRY. I’m very hurt and disappointed. Never had a good experience with anyone staffed here.

Ask for Craig!!! Tell him John Wooten sent u... Great guy. Great staff, very resourceful and knowledgeable. Only slow during the hotter days! But what Hvac supply house isn't?? Three people staff at all times. If not four.

I hate ordering off the internet , I’d rather buy local and keep my money in Atlanta. Anyway I called Parts Plus, and while they do carry the X8309 filter I need they wouldn’t sell it to me as it’s “wholesale only”. What’s the point of that mindset ? I want to give them my money and they won’t take it. The rep was very polite and courteous though.

Good people who help you all the time make good decisions and find the right parts and know what they're doing thank you very much guys up there at Linux

What Hvac supply house isn't slow? Especially during peak season? 33 year's I've yet to find one!
