Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

Absolutely HORRIBLE company. Licensed contractor here and they "kicked me out" the system because I don't shop there often. I dont shop there because they're difficult to deal with. So I have an old lady who I'm basically doing work for free to get her going. Because her unit is under warranty I have to get her part from lennox. After a few days they finally say my account is unlocked so I go by to warranty out the compressor and it's still locked. The lady says we'll let's just open a new one(which I recommend day 1 of this fiasco) but she can't do its 1 guy in the whooooole company that can do it is on lunch. So I'm like maam I'm just trying to get 1 part to get this old lady cooling and your company is ok with her sweating in 95 degree heat because you locked me out because I don't shop

Aaac service heating and air used the app to order my Lennox Air conditioner. Tony had it ready when they arrived. Parts plus Lennox is local in Mcdonough very convenient .

OTR Driver here. Delivered here 23:45 appt. This is a gated secure facility, check hours, only can fit one truck at driveway entry until gate is opened, like 3 trucks wait in the center turn lane at street. Unloading went descent, could be a bit faster but overall okay. Checkin good, docking area snug in some areas but okay. Slide tandems to rear, chock wheels, remove red airline and install their red air lock, they'll remove when given bills. No ovnp.

Wonderful supply store the staff Janetta and Ron are awesome, they are very professional and help me with any issues I have. I can't say enough about the professionalism and Excellent customer service.
