I had a great experience at Lennox Stores (Parts Plus). Mike and Jose were extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. They were both very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I could understand exactly what I needed. You can tell they really know their stuff and take pride in helping customers. They were very informative about the parts, answered all my questions, and made the whole process quick and easy. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. If you need AC or HVAC parts, I definitely recommend stopping by and asking for Mike or Jose. Great people, great service, and a very well run business.

They take their time and do their upmost to help you when it comes to any question or issue that may arise when it comes to getting units, parts or even doing warranties. Lennox is lucky to have employees this good, all of the technicians I send to pickup parts or units always only have the best things to say about them.
