Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

Lennox has got to be the absolute worst hvac company on the beach. We unfortunately have to use them for service and maintenance at my job and that are always rude and they never fix any of the persistent issues we have. One of our units constantly fills with water and they do nothing to fix it but suck the water out till the next time it fills up making us have to submit another ticket. They also have left two of the units for our store completely down for the entire summer. The only unit that works is the leaking one. They came one time and the unit worked for two days before it broke again. They don’t fix anything right and will milk you for every dollar you have on service calls. Avoid this scam company at all costs.

This is the most Efficient Lennox between Wilmington nc & Savanah Ga. I always get responses & I can email m# & s# with parts needed I receive an email back with a quote in 24hrs. Dustin & John are a blessing compared to what has been in this store since it moved to this new location opened.

Not even worth calling or going. Cant even get a question answered without business information.

Not helpful at all, don't bother driving here, plenty of other places to buy your hvac parts
