Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

We went to the store to ask for pricing , apparently they won’t give you pricing if you are not a contractor . We asked them seriously, their respond was company policy which only means they want HVAC company to over price the hvac and don’t give the individual to shop for their brand . At the end we bought other brand , we have over 100 locations with many HVAC they just lost big customer . Bad customer service

Ordered a replacement part from this location, went to install it only to find that the wrong part had been pulled. Called to try and get it corrected, but couldn't get through to the counter. After calling several times and being put on hold repeatedly I finally had to drive to the store itself just to talk to someone about it. Finally got the right part, but a pretty awful experience overall. Two stars because their hold music is okay.

All the employees are courteous and professional. My visit there is to pickup and deliver air conditioning units (and their accessories) and from my first contact person via phone, Niara (sp) to the forklift loaders (Josh and Breon...spelling) I have zero complaints. Efficient, courteous and professional everytime! I have yet to run into a negative experience and I don't think I'll ever. Great job Lennox!!!
