The hours listed currently include Saturday until 11: 30am. I came to the store on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. and it says store hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 to 4:30

Cannot praise Billy enough for going over and beyond! When inquiring about parts, he always gets us a quick response. His professionalism and knowledge is greatly appreciated.

Very friendly very knowledgeable whenever I go there or need anything, I always request for Billy or Tim because they know what they are talking about. They can give me my parts on time when I come pick up equipment. It’s very fast and efficient. Great customer service from those two guys awesome people to work with. I’ve been using Lennox for over five years.

DO NOT BUY LENNOX PRODUCTS! I have reason to believe Lennox is still selling faulty evaporator coils. See Thomas vs. Lennox lawsuit which covered those who purchased Lennox AC units from 2007-2015. The case involved faulty evaporator coils and was eventually settled. My house was built in 2018 and only had a 5 year warranty and the coil busted year 7. Multiple professionals came to inspect my system and all resulted in the same conclusion which was my evaporator coil was faulty. I was quoted $5.7K for the part and the best part is it’s on BACK ORDER for 3 MONTHS. One can only draw the same conclusion from that; I am not the only one that is having a problem with this part due to it being on back order.
