Lennox Stores (Parts Plus)

I arrived at 4:30 exactly. I found that Tanner was there and he was gracious enough to allow me to get the part I was there for without turning me away. He was very helpful and helped me even after I offered to come back tomorrow morning. He saved me so much time and headache.

Its always fun to come to this store. Good people clean restrooms always make a day better. Fred and Travis always find a way to help us CLR heating and cooling out.

Horrible customer service. After waiting on hold for 15 min they are almost upset they have to even take your order. I don't know why they don't just hang a sign in the front window that says " WE DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS GO SOMEPLACE ELSE". At least someone would not have to get our of their car to find out that is their attitude once they get to the counter.

You would think being an hvac store they would sell to most but screw you guys. Yall are about as worthless as a swim suite in an ice storm atleast put a sighn up "we could care less if freeze" ignorant company.

Just not a great place. Horrible customer service if you go early in the morning. I think they were upset I even walked in.
