Always helpful when we most need them.

Nothing but trouble since it was installed about a year ago. I have had the company who sold it to me out about 8 times and the latest issue is that they are telling me that the heat exchanger vanes are so fine that they clog up once a month and have to be cleaned out or it overheats because the heat sink on the controller board is small and shuts down and has to be reset by a technician. I paid about 30K for this garbage unit and now I need to pay someone monthly to reset the unit during the summer and winter?... This is a lemon and needs to be replaced with a unit that isn't going to be a constant headache. Where are these cheap garbage units manufacture anyway? China or some Russian controlled country?...

Great customer service and when I had questions about warranty they were quick to answer and help. Very helpful and friendly…. Definitely ask for Anthony and Charlotte they are Great!!!!!

UPDATE !Richard rocks. The manager got the issue resolved and took care of our account. Didn’t have to but made the effort, saved the account and made us customer again. 71/22 Lennox TM reps and service are by far some of the worst. I can not believe the lack of customer service I have received with this company. By far the worst I have ever had in the HVAC industry. We do alot of buissnes and are customer service is awesome ever where else. This in not directed to this store in particular.

Charlotte and Anthony are very helpful, quick, and knowledgeable. Greatly appreciate her assistance with park retrieval and warranty.
