Having obtained numerous quotes, they presented the most favorable terms, pricing, and service. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and plan to utilize them for all my future HVAC requirements, including annual central AC and heating system maintenance.

Leo Kob Co. offered us a free inspection of our HVAC system as a welcome to the neighborhood and the did just that. Our technician John was professional and polite, he check the system top to bottom, made 2 very important adjustments for efficiency and comfort. He ever made a small repair. The price at the end was zero. Leo Kob and John did right by me. I will call them first when I have a need.

We really enjoy when Leo Kob comes out. Their techs are always so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had John and another tech(didn’t catch his name) do our heat check and they also got our fireplace running which hasn’t happened since we moved into our home. They were great! At the end we were informed of the yearly maintenance deal which was a great surprise and we took advantage of that too. Thanks again!
