Our Kitchenaid microwave turntable was making a whining noise. Even though Kitchenaid didn't have any known cause, Leo was able to figure out that the motor was bad, and replaced it within just a few days after diagnosing the problem. He is very friendly, prompt and conscientious, and enthused about his profession. We'd definitely call Leo for any appliance repairs.

They were scheduled by Whirlpool to inspect my washer. They declined without notifying me. When appointment date came, I had to contact them, no answer by phone.
