Called this company on a Friday, late around 5:00pm knowing that I probably couldn’t get a service call that day but wanted to set something up for Saturday or Monday. They did at least answer the phone but that doesn’t help any when they steer you to believe that they will take a look at your problem. So after not hearing from him on Saturday I call him back on Monday at 8:00 am only to find out that he’s decided that he’s not going to run the service call. ( with no justifiable reasoning) I usually don’t leave reviews but I do read reviews and make decisions based on what others are saying about them. Super responsive for our system up and running when we were in an emergency. Great fair prices and super work. Would highly recommend.
