Fantastic experience with everyone Leon's! Jack the salesman came out and helped me determine that I needed glue down vinyl plank for my basement instead of floating. Samantha in the office was helpful when I needed to reschedule my flooring install. The installers Mo and Nour were professional, prompt, and kept me informed during the 2 day job. There was a small issue with one of the legs of my sink after the install. It was still a bit loose. When I stopped into their location on Plymouth, I talked to Mike the install manager and he was apologetic and suggested they come out the next day to tighten the sink. Definitely will reccomend Leon's to install a floor for friends if they don't want to do it themselves.

Poor Quality Finishes & Unprofessional Experience I hired Leon’s Flooring to install LVP throughout my home. While the flooring they helped me pick looks amazing, the overall experience and the finishes were extremely disappointing. Quality & Workmanship The living room and kitchen were done decently, but the bedrooms felt rushed and it shows. As seen in my photos, there are large gaps in the 45° baseboard corners and the caulking was uneven, messy, and missing in several areas. When I pointed out issues or suggested how the cuts could be improved, the installer, Moe, was dismissive and unprofessional. We went to Leon’s Flooring after they did a great job on the floor in our son’s house. We were very glad we did. Jack, the salesman, treated us very nicely, showed us various carpet options, made suggestions, and let us take samples home to see how they would look in the room. We looked at carpet at several other places, but liked what Leon’s had the best, and they had a better price, including installation. Mike, in the office, was very helpful and friendly also. Tom and Rob, the installers, were prompt, efficient, and friendly. They did a very nice job, and cleaned up everything before they left. We would definitely use Leon’s again!

Leon’s has provided good work for several projects in the past including hardwood and composite installation. They did a beautiful job hardwood installation in our living room. Carpeting second floor of home needed replacing. Large job with 4 bedrooms and heavy furniture. Visited Leon’s showroom on day off. Gary came out next day to measure. Price included furniture move. Couple of weeks later we have beautiful new carpeting in home. Reasonable price, professional install, reliable and courteous people. No need to bother with big box headache for flooring. Leon’s is the answer!
