They stayed in touch the whole way through, worked around us instead of against us, and the install was smooth as can be. Look at my new kitchen and bath! Stunning and quite impressive! Leo personally came to my home with Tom, then at the store, to make my selection easier, they handpicked some samples which helped me make the right choice. I was kept informed of the process and on the day of installation, the team arrived equally courteous and kind, and then Leo came and stayed a bit to ensure all was perfect. No issues on the install. Everything fit perfectly and to my specifications and they left my place spotless. On top of that, Leo returned the next day to inspect and with a mesh grid for my new sink, how thoughtful! This company and people can be trusted from start to finish. I wasn’t planning on upgrading the bathroom sink but they offered such a great price since I had leftover stone. I’m so glad

We only needed a very small job done—a hole drilled in our quartz countertop for a new drinking water filtration system—but Leo’s treated us with complete professionalism from start to finish. They quickly provided a reasonable quote, scheduled us within a fair timeframe, and arrived on time. They were also flexible, which made it easy for us to coordinate with our plumber. We had our kitchen countertops done by Leo last month, and they did an exceptional job. From the initial sales process to the final installation, everything was handled very professionally. After installation, we discovered a manufacturing defect in one of the slabs. Leo and Rick personally came to inspect the issue. True to their reputation, they brought the manufacturer's representative to our home to assess the problem. They then ordered a new quartz slab and reinstalled the countertop at no extra cost. While Leo was at our house, he noticed a couple of sections where we hadn’t planned to replace the countertop.
